Week 4 college picks

Yeah yeah, I know, I messed up last week and didn't put up my Top-25 picks. My bad. Too make up for that, I'll make some more random picks and include one from each conference. So get off my back. Let's get to the picks and analysis.

No. 1 USC (2-0): bye
For the second time already this season the Trojans have a bye. USC looked mighty impressive in its 35-3 dismantling of Ohio State last week. This team has a serious shot of going undefeated. Key game left looks to be Week 6 vs. Oregon.

No. 2 Oklahoma (3-0): bye
The Sooners completely handled UW last week, doing anything to the Huskies it wanted. Sam Bradford is the real deal at QB

No. 3 Georgia (3-0) at Arizona State (2-1)
Remember when everyone was talking about this game, how it looked to be one of the marquee early season matchups? That was before the Sun Devils mailed it in against UNLV last week in an embarrassing 23-20 overtime loss. I think this will be closer than people think though, but Georgia will win it, even with Arizona State coming out pissed off.
FishBear's pick: Georgia 38, Arizona State 24

No. 4 Florida (2-0) at Tennessee (1-1)
Florida looks like it hasn't missed a beat since last season. Gators should walk out of Knoxville with a win.
FishBear's pick: Florida 41, Tennessee 17

No. 5 Missouri (3-0) vs. Buffalo (2-1)
There won't be any late game miracles in this game. The only miracle will be if the Bulls get out of Columbia alive.
FishBear's pick: Missouri 56, Buffalo 10

No. 6 LSU (2-0) at No. 10 Auburn (3-0)
This should be the game to watch of week 4. LSU hasn't won at Auburn in nearly a decade, but Auburn only put up 3 points in a 3-2 win over Mississippi State last week. This might be the year LSU gets out of Jordan-Hare Stadium with a win.
FishBear's pick: LSU 17, Auburn 14

No. 7 Texas (2-0) vs. Rice (2-1)
Texas has only allowed 11.5 points per game. Don't expect this one to be any different.
FishBear's pick: Texas 44, Rice 9

No. 8 Wisconsin (3-0): bye
Badgers looked good in win over Fresno State last week.

No. 9 Alabama (3-0) at Arkansas (2-0)
I hate the Crimson Tide (seriously, your mascot sounds like period), but I think they'll win this one.
FishBear's pick: Alabama 30, Arkansas 21

No. 11 Texas Tech (3-0) vs. Massachusetts (2-1)
Graham Harrell should have a field day against UMass.
FishBear's pick: Texas Tech 55, Massachusetts 13

No. 12 South Florida (3-0) at Florida International (0-2)
FIU has scored five points per game. 5. USF on the other hand: 41.3. Yikes.
FishBear's pick: USF 66, FIU 3

No. 13 Ohio State (2-1) vs. Troy (2-0)
Buckeyes need Beanie Wells back, bad. That offense looked pathetic against USC. That said, they'll have enough to beat Troy.
FishBear's pick: Ohio State 35, Troy 14

No. 14 BYU (3-0) vs. Wyoming (2-1)
After being aided by Jake Locker in Seattle, BYU handed Ricky Neuweasel his ass. Cougars, as much as I hate to see it, go to 4-0.
FishBear's pick: BYU 44, Wyoming 10

No. 15 East Carolina (3-0) at NC State (1-2)
One of these days, ECU is going to come out flat. I just don't see a team of their caliber going undefeated. That being said, this one doesn't look like one they'll lose.
FishBear's pick: ECU 27, NC State 16

No. 16 Penn State (3-0) vs. Temple (1-2)
I know little to nothing about Penn State but that's enough to know they'll dominate the Owls.
FishBear's pick: Penn State 44, Temple 12

No. 17 Oregon (3-0) vs. Boise State (2-0)
Here's my upset special. Inside knowledge tells me Kellen Moore is the man at QB for the Broncos. The redshirt freshman has been tearing it up this year. Oregon's down to its third-string QB. Upset special.
FishBear's pick: Boise State 27, Oregon 20

No. 18 Wake Forest (2-0) at No. 24 Florida State (2-0)
We'll see if Wake Forest is for real in this one.
FishBear's pick: Wake Forest 37, Florida State 20

No. 19 Kansas (2-1) vs. Sam Houston State (1-0)
Domination. Plain and simple.
FishBear's pick: Kansas 47, Sam Houston State 10

No. 20 Utah (3-0) at Air Force (3-0)
Utah faces a defense in Air Force that has allowed only 12 points per game, but hasn't exactly faced stiff competition.
FishBear's pick: Utah 29, Air Force 13

No. 21 West Virginia (1-1) at Colorado (2-0)
Colorado barely squeezed out a win over Eastern Washington two weeks ago. Doesn't bode well.
FishBear's pick: West Virginia 25, Colorado 13

No. 23 Illinois (2-1): bye

No. 25 Fresno State (1-1) at Toledo (1-1)
Bulldogs couldn't do much against Wisconsin, but Toledo ain't Wisconsin.
FishBear's pick: Fresno State 26, Toledo 7

Other games:

Miami (1-1) at Texas AM (1-1)
FishBear's pick: Miami 30, Texas AM 13

Iowa State (2-1) at UNLV (2-1)
FishBear's pick: Iowa State 30, UNLV 21

Rutgers (0-2) at Navy (1-2)
FishBear's pick: Navy 23, Rutgers 7

Portland State (1-1) at Washington State (0-3)
FishBear's pick: Portland State 27, Washington State 21

Western Washington (1-1) at Eastern Washington (0-2)
EWU quarterback Matt Nichols has passed for 628 yards in two games. His opponents? Texas Tech and Colorado. Yeah, good fucking luck Vikings
FishBear's pick: Eastern Washington 66, Western Washington 7

Arizona (2-1) at UCLA (1-1)
UCLA looks a lot worse after last weeks absolute beating at the hands of BYU last week.
FishBear's pick: Arizona 24, UCLA 14

So there they are...bitches.
