The reg, Wilbur Hackett Jr., was actual a Parade All-American linebacker in high school, and a three year starter at the position at Kentucky.

WTF is up with that? It looks like the ref actually ran over there to tackle him. Reminds me of that commercial where the ref purposely blows a call to prolong the game.
Nice check from the ref, Fishbear. Next thing you will see is Umpires tossing guys out of baseball games while they beat their ass down with a bat or a NBA refs putting a cap in the ass of the guy for a flagrant foul (NBA players would understand that type of justice). You may even see NFL refs throw bean bags in the eye of a dude, oh wait, that is old news!
